I'm a Principal Full Stack Developer and Technical Lead with more than 15 years of experience building digital products, leading engineering teams, and helping companies solve complex technical challenges. Throughout my career, I've worked with startups, banks, advertising agencies, and global organizations, giving me the opportunity to adapt to different industries, business models, and ways of working. Today, I work at FutureBrand, a global brand transformation company, where I combine hands-on development with technical leadership, architecture decisions, and collaboration with teams and stakeholders around the world.

My experience covers the entire software development lifecycle, from frontend and backend development to cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and software architecture. I've worked extensively with technologies such as React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Docker, AWS, Azure, and Linux, designing scalable applications and building reliable deployment pipelines. While I enjoy working with technology, I believe successful projects are created by balancing technical excellence with real business goals.

One of the things that defines my career is adaptability. I've worked in companies of different sizes, cultures, and industries, and I'm comfortable stepping into new environments, learning quickly, and helping teams move forward. Whether it's leading technical initiatives, mentoring developers, improving development processes, or solving complex engineering problems, I focus on practical solutions that deliver measurable results.

I'm also passionate about continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends. Recently, I've been investing time in AI Native Engineering and exploring how AI can improve software development workflows, accelerate delivery, and enable smarter digital products. I enjoy sharing knowledge, collaborating with talented people, and continuously challenging myself to grow both as an engineer and as a leader.

When I'm not building software, you'll probably find me training for triathlons, running, cycling, swimming, or planning my next challenge. I'm currently preparing for my first full Ironman in October 2026, a race that consists of a 3.8 km (2.4-mile) swim, a 180 km (112-mile) bike ride, and a 42.2 km (26.2-mile) marathon. The dedication required to train for such an event reflects many of the same principles that guide my professional career: discipline, consistency, resilience, continuous improvement, and the ability to stay focused on long-term goals while embracing daily challenges.
